Innovative Medical Equipment, LLC has been in operation since 2009. During that time, we have been focused on building a solid foundation for continued success. Currently, the key tenants of that foundation are as follows:
- Solid, experienced management team to bring ideas from concept to production, to market in a short time
- Sales and distribution strategy in place and being executed to rapidly grow sales in next 3 years (16 Independent Reps on board and producing results and 40+ Distributor relationships established)
- Sophisticated and scalable Quality system in place and proven
- Key product enhancements have been identified and additional R&D is underway
- Intellectual Property portfolio has meaningful and defensible patents
- Forged partnerships with several other medical device companies
- New markets being evaluated constantly
To continue to fuel growth, IME would welcome the chance to discuss investment opportunities with qualified investors or key strategic partners. Additional funding would support:
- Clinical trials
- New pads for expansion into new markets
