Bahman Guyuron, MD, FACS


Dr. Guyuron has developed an international reputation for his innovations in rhinoplasty and facial aesthetic surgery. More recently, he has captured the attention of the medical and surgical communities with the development of the surgical treatment of migraine headaches.

Dr. Guyuron has served as Director of the Section of Craniofacial Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation (1981-1983), Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at the former Mt. Sinai Medical Center (1986-1993). After serving as the Division Chief for 14 months and chairing the Department that he founded for almost 8 years at University Hospital Case Medical Center and Case School of Medicine, he has transitioned to private practice in January 2015 with full continued commitment to residency education and research within the department that he has developed, under the title of Emeritus Professor.

Starting his career with a primary focus in craniofacial surgery, Dr. Guyuron has since applied these principles to aesthetic surgery, where he has developed an international reputation for his innovations in rhinoplasty and facial aesthetic surgery. Over the last 17 years, he has captured the attention of the medical and surgical communities with the development of the surgical treatment of migraine headaches with over 40 peer reviewed publications on this topic alone.

Dr. Guyuron has published over 255 articles in peer-reviewed journals, 57 book chapters, and 5 textbooks. He currently serves as Editor in Chief of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He serves as an Associate Editor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Additionally, Dr. Guyuron has been intimately involved in the education of plastic surgery through his participation in over 1300 presentations at regional, national, and international conferences. He has lectured in over 30 countries and has served as a Visiting Professor in every respected US medical school. He is a member of 10 professional organizations. Dr. Guyuron has served in leadership roles in numerous professional organizations in plastic surgery, including the American Board of Plastic Surgery where he served as a director from 2005-2011. He also served as the President of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons, American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons, Aesthetic Surgery Education and Research Foundation, The Rhinoplasty Society, Northeast Ohio Society for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and Ohio Valley Society for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He has received numerous awards for his accomplishments from every prestigious plastic surgery organization. He also serves on the board of several civil and public organizations. His entrepreneurial activities include inventions of multiple medical and non-medical devices.

Brad Pulver

President & COO

Mr. Pulver is an Executive with over 17 years of experience in a variety of Industry and Consulting roles, with a unique combination of skills in business unit leadership, strategy and operations consulting, business development and entrepreneurial ventures.

Prior to helping start IME, Mr. Pulver served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Strategy for Hagemeyer North America (a $1.8B North American division of Sonepar, a $15 B global safety, electrical and industrial distributor). In this capacity he had financial and strategic responsibility for all three of Hagemeyer’s product segments (Safety, Electrical and Industrial) covering 41 product categories, 300K+ SKUs, $900M+ in sales and $120M+ in inventory. Mr. Pulver was one of seven Executive staff members reporting to the North American CEO, and in that role he led key initiatives in market expansion, category development, product assortment, procurement, marketing, promotions, inventory mgmt, pricing, private label development, and supplier relations. Prior to this role, Mr. Pulver served as Vice President of Industrial Products for Hagemeyer North America – representing over $300M in sales.

Mr. Pulver also has over 10 years of experience as a management consultant, advising Fortune 500 companies on a host of operational and strategic issues facing their businesses. As a consultant, he served clients in a variety of industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, Healthcare, Retail, Safety Product Manufacturing, Industrial Distribution, Telecommunications, Real Estate, and Financial Services. After leaving Deloitte Consulting in 2003, Mr. Pulver helped launch a start-up, venture capital-backed Management Consulting firm. He helped build the company infrastructure, outlined growth and revenue plans, setup the recruiting operation, created and delivered new hire training program.

Mr. Pulver has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Terry Ozan

Board of Directors

Mr. Ozan serves on the board of directors of TFS Financial (Third Federal Savings) with assets of $12 Billion (Nasdaq). He is also a board member of State Industrial Products, Cohesant, Inc. and Innovative Medical Equipment. He recently retired from the Board of Capgemini (Paris Stock Exchange), an $11 billion worldwide provider of consulting, technology services and outsourcing. Prior to 2003, Mr. Ozan served as Chief Executive Officer of North American operations and was a member of the Capgemini Global Executive Committee. Before the formation of Capgemini in 2000 (as the combination of E&Y Consulting and Capgemini), he was the Chief Executive Officer of worldwide consulting services at Ernst & Young and served on various global boards and executive committees. In his nearly 30 year career at Ernst & Young, Mr. Ozan also directed many different U.S. business units.

Mr. Ozan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Operations Research from Cornell University.

William Davis

Founder of Echo Health Inc., William Davis actively serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. With over 30 years’ experience, he is widely recognized as a visionary and pioneer in the application of technology in the health care payments industry.

Prior to creating Echo Health, Inc. Davis was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Simplicity Payment Alliance, a payment system. Before joining Simplicity, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Secure Solutions, Inc., where he developed and implemented anti-counterfeit processes for MasterCard International.

Glen Guyuron

Board of Directors

Mr. Guyuron is a senior business operations and legal team leader who has been involved with Innovative Medical Equipment (IME) since December of 2008. Mr. Guyuron has primary responsibility for IME’s legal, regulatory and manufacturing functions. He has led all strategic planning aspects for commercialization of IME’s products, including design & development, regulatory approvals, manufacturing, and quality control. He has established & managed a full Quality Management System and successfully executed ISO-13485 & CE mark certification processes. Mr. Guyuron earned his JD/MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and his B.S. in Finance & Marketing from Miami University. Mr. Guyuron is a member of the Illinois Bar.
